Rotary Action Team (RAT) Projects
ROTARY ACTION TEAM PROJECTS
Remodeling, building, repairing for non-profit organizations in our community is the mission of this committee.
Projects may be completed in as short as a weekend of 16 hours of work or they may last up to 6 months depending upon the scope of work required on the job. All are welcome to join the project including our families and children. This is a great way to bring potential Rotarians to an event so that they can see what we are all about.
A few examples of RAT pack projects include:
Remodeling Atherton Hall, Camp Kokokahi, Girl Scouts of Hawaii
Renovation of the HUGS playhouse
Bobby Benson Center-Creation of 3 office spaces
YMCA of Oahu, Refurbishing the Teen Center
Planting a meditation garden at the Salvation Army
