Partnership with Malama Maunalua to clean up invasive species in Maunalua Bay
Planting of 160 trees - A Rotary project to plant enough trees to match our club's membership
* 25 trees at Palama Settlement
* 100+ trees in partnership with Kahauiki Village, a new homeless community on Sand Island in development.  Mike Motoda of Walters Kimura Motoda has completed the landscape plan.

Current project:
Annually the Rotary Club of Honolulu completes a major project with a non-profit organization that serves the "at risk", indigent or homeless population.  This year is a partnership with YWCA to build a garden at the Fernhurst Residence in Makiki.  At the completion of the project by 25 Rotarians, the Weinberg Foundation awards a $10,000 grant to the non-profit selected by the project chair.  Completed on September 23!
