Roger Morton is the Director for the City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Transportation Services (DTS). Mr. Morton is a transportation professional whose Hawaii career spans over 50 years. Prior to his appointment as DTS Director, Mr. Morton spent 15 years as President and General Manager of O‘ahu Transit Services, Inc., the operator of Honolulu’s TheBus and Handi-Van system. Mr. Morton graduated from Kalani High School in Honolulu. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a graduate degree in Community and Regional Planning. He serves on the boards of the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART), the Oahu Metropolitan Planning Organization (OMPO) , the Waikiki Transportation Management Association and the American Public Transportation Association (APTA).
Arrive at 11:30 am for fellowship and socializing prior to our 12:00 pm meeting start!
Dress Code
All members and their guests shall comply with the dress standards of the Club. This dress code pertains to men, women, and children. Business, Business Casual, and/or Aloha Attire are acceptable. The following are NOT acceptable in the Main Dining Room, Foyer, and all member areas on the main level including the Card Room Bar (except when accessed via the Mauka entrance) and Library: slippers, go-aheads (zoris), athletic shoes, jeans, shorts, t shirts, knit pullovers and tank tops. Jeans are permitted in the above areas on Fridays and Saturdays only.
