CLUB ASSEMBLY LUNCH MEETING
MEMBERS ONLY
It is important for members who can attend, to do so. Zoom will be availabile, but only to members.
- Service above Self campaign report of final results
- Review of service projects supported by the Club this Rotary year
- State of the Club report (including review of Membership and Financial status)
- Coke & Lawrence Fund presentation and campaign launch
- Don Anderson Service above Self Youth Fellows program update
- Introduction of Corporate / Shared Membership program (and vote to update bylaws)
- Announcement and discussion of dues and lunches for 2026/27
Arrive at 11:30 am for fellowship and socializing prior to our 12:00 pm meeting start!
Dress Code
All members and their guests shall comply with the dress standards of the Club. This dress code pertains to men, women, and children. Business, Business Casual, and/or Aloha Attire are acceptable. The following are NOT acceptable in the Main Dining Room, Foyer, and all member areas on the main level including the Card Room Bar (except when accessed via the Mauka entrance) and Library: slippers, go-aheads (zoris), athletic shoes, jeans, shorts, t-shirts, knit pullovers and tank tops. Jeans are permitted in the above areas on Fridays and Saturdays only.
