"Celeste leverages over 20 years of public and private sector experience in energy and environmental policy to build meaningful partnerships, create shared value and deliver resilient solutions, connecting local priorities to global action. As a former Director at the White House National Security Council, she developed key policies and initiatives to reduce risk through global partnerships, including in the Middle East, Europe and at the United Nations.
 
Celeste serves on several public and non-profit boards and advisory groups. She led the Swiss Re Practicum Program at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) to develop new insurance solutions to mitigate risk, including flood and wildfire, and grid vulnerability. Her core competencies include: energy and environment policy and regulation, risk management; renewable energy; public-private partnerships and community engagement; ESG measuring and implementation."
