Rotary Club of Kyoto
Rotary Club of Honolulu President Mel Kaneshige received a letter from Kyoto Rotary Club President Michihiro Kujo dated April 7, 2004, in which he expressed his desire to establish a sister club relationship with our "esteemed club". Through such a link, Rotarians could partner on future service projects and create "a bridge of friendship and goodwill across the Pacific". President Kaneshige responded on May 3, 2004, graciously accepting the sister club proposal.
