NO PARKING AT OUTRIGGER CANOE CLUB!
The Outrigger announced to us late last week that they will be closing their parking garage to everyone except OCC members for at least 8 months starting January 15. We know this will inconvenience some and might present a significant challenge for others. The board is looking for parking alternatives and reevaluating locations outside of OCC for our regular meetings.
Alternate Parking: There is usually ample parking around Kapiolani Park on Kalākaua Avenue at only 25 cents per half hour (coin meters - so bring quarters!) For those who can walk a little further, Jim Harrow alerted us to Paki Avenue on the mauka side of the park that has free parking with no time limit. Please let President Joanna know if you have mobility issues or need assistance with parking and she will connect you with members who can provide assistance. Click here to email her!

It was another great meeting filled to the brim with happy Rotarians and guests!
This past Saturday the venue - Bishop Museum's Great Lawn was packed with volunteers from RCOH, their friends and Rotarians from other Clubs. All came together to pour beer to the throng of festive folks!
It is always a lot of fun to be a volunteer! If you missed out on this one, your next opportunity will be June 22, 2024!

RYLA participants will experience a broad range of activities that encourage them to think about leadership principles and how to apply them in life. Adult Alaka'i Rotary Facilitators and student Youth Facilitators will take them through a variety of experiences, including interactive games, activities and guided discussions on topics of leadership that they can relate to. This program promises to empower and challenge your HS Student to become proactive in their school and community.
