We Had a great turnout at this week's meeting at The Pacific Club. Chef Eric put out a wonderful buffet selection that everyone seemed to enjoy.
Thanks to Dale Hope for giving us all a brief history on the origin and evolution of Aloha Shirts. I personally enjoyed the samples that he brought.
Also, welcome to our newest member Leslie Ching Allen and her enthusiastic positive energy. Looking forward to her getting involved in our Clubs various projects.
Congratulations to us all for exceeding the goal of 100 - $25 gift certificates for the Foster Family Programs of Hawaii and thank you Jake Jacobs for bring this to our Club.

Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies can use our help wrapping gifts at their office in the Kukui Center, anytime from 9am - 5pm, Monday December 9 - Friday, December 13. Please bring gift wrapping materials, like paper, tape, and decor - it will be greatly appreciated!

Do you love interacting with kids?Do you think literacy is a worthy project focus for our club?Do you remember when the club used to read to kids at Kuhio Park Terrace once a month?If so, you’re in luck!
Our Community Partner organization, Hawai’i Literacy, again sponsors their Saturday Story Hours at KPT. They are looking for volunteer organizations to take one Saturday per month, for 2 hours, to provide fun activities and stories to the kids who live at KPT.
