Guest speaker Chad Wiggins, Palmyra Program Director for The Nature Conservancy in Hawaii, shared images of the abundant life on the island atoll, and described the aspects of the conservation program. Palmyra is home to TNC’s Climate Adaptation + Resilience Laboratory (CA+RL), where scientists and partners are focused on understanding and accelerating positive ecosystem response to climate change.
