 DTS). Mr. Morton is a transportation professional whose Hawaii career span

  Inc.\, the operator of Honolulu’s TheBus and Handi-Van system.  Mr. Mo
 rton graduated from Kalani High School in Honolulu. He holds an undergradu
 ate degree in Economics and a graduate degree in Community and Regional Pl
 anning. He serves on the boards of the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transp
 ortation (HART)\, the Oahu Metropolitan Planning Organization (OMPO) \, th
 e Waikiki Transportation Management Association and the American Public Tr
